As founder and President of Sonrise TagsAndTax LLC, Ken is the driving force behind the growth and success of the firm.  A graduate of Millersville Univesity, he is listed in several Who’s Who publications for his expertise in clergy tax matters.  Ken is an Enrolled Agent, licensed by the Treasury Department to represent clients before the IRS and also serves as the Executive Director of Son-Set Ministry Inc., a not-for-profit educational organization that provides tax-related information to ministries and ministers.  Churches frequently use Ken as a consultant in matters related to taxes, and compliance with regulations. 

Aaron is both an expert tax professional and an extremely knowledgeable Notary Public.  He started working in the family business as a pre-teen and progressed to tax preparation before graduating from high school.  Few have amassed Aaron’s experience and knowledge in taxes and licensing at such an early age.  Attending tax and notary seminars and workshops throughout each year keeps his skills sharpened. 

Susie’s been around the business since Day One. However, a few years ago she gave up her career as a Sonographer to devote her full time to Sonrise.  Her most important function is coordinating the activities between the two offices.  She has primary responsibility for staffing and scheduling at both offices.  A trained tax preparer and Notary, her biggest asset to the business is being the "glue that holds everything together" as April 15^th approaches each Spring. 

She generally works out of the Mt. Zion office and has a wealth of knowledge regarding all aspects of the Sonrise Operation.

Julie came on board in 2003 and has proven to be a very versatile individual.  She is both a Tax Professional and a Notary Public.  Her bubbly personality makes her an enjoyable person to our customers.

Donna joined the Sonrise team in 2004 as our Payroll Manager.  She is also a Notary Public.  Her trademark is her quiet efficiency, and her willingness to take on projects, and see them through to completion. 

Sue resides a few doors down from our Mt. Zion Office and has been an invaluable asset to us for over a decade.  She doesn’t prepare taxes, and isn’t a Notary, but there isn’t much else that she doesn’t do around the office from January thru April 15^th.  Anyone calling or visiting our Mt. Zion Office during tax season is likely to be greeted by Sue.

Joan has been a part of our team since 2005.  Her smile and friendliness will welcome you and put you at ease when you enter our Ninth St office.  Joan is a skilled Notary and also manages the Ninth St office.
